Our Executive Director
Randiesia Riggs, MAEd, was reared in Los Angeles, California where she and her family were exposed to massive
gang violence and drug activities. She is a retired Marine Veteran. Currently, she is pursuing her PhD in
Organizational Management.

Bryan L. Riggs, BS, is a Social Studies and Science teacher at Arizona Academy of Leadership. He sings with Rejoice,
a local Christian band. He enjoys spending time with his family.
